MPCA seeking input on Air Quality Modeling Practices Manual

The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency requests your input and suggestions for revising the 2016 Draft MPCA Air Quality Modeling Practices Manual. The proposed revision can be found on the Air Quality Dispersion Modeling “What’s new” webpage. Please send your feedback via email to AirModeling.PCA@state.mn.us no later than July 15, 2016.

 

NEW invitation to a combined air modeling e-Service Training and annual MPCA Air Modeling meeting

In addition, the process for submitting air dispersion modeling protocols to the MPCA will soon change to an e-Services online delivery system.  MPCA will offer training on the use of their new eServices online delivery for consultants and industry. The training is on July 12, 2016 and space is limited. The training will be followed by the Summer Modeler’s Annual Meeting.  Topics for the meeting include proposed revisions to the Manual, regulatory updates and related Appendix W discussions, as well as a special presentation by Greg Pratt, PhD. 

Training:  July 12, 2016 – 9:00 am-12:00 pm

Annual Modeling Meeting:  July 12, 2016 – 1:00 pm-4:30 pm
