AWMA Webinar entitled Ethical Issues of Environmental Attorneys, Engineers, and Consultants Working Together

This webinar was an overview of real world scenarios of Environmental Attorneys, Engineers, and Consultants working together.  Each scenario presented dilemmas, model ethical rules for attorneys and engineers (based on Texas rules) and a determination of the outcome based on the model rules.  After each scenario, a discussion of other options, paths, and issues that may occur when Attorneys, Engineers, and Consultants work together.  Finally, an overview discussion of the roles of each of these people may play in a project and how they interact.
