YP Happy Hour For Leaders

Back by popular demand!

Ever think about what qualities it takes to be a leader? Join the discussion at the Leadership Case Study Happy Hour sponsored by the UMS Young Professionals (YPs)! Combine the best part of a book club (with minimal time commitment) and a social gathering. Plan on reading two articles "Mount Everest - 1996" by Michael Roberto/Gina Carioggia and "Lessons from Everest: The Interaction of Cognative Bias, Psychological Safety, and System Complexity" by Michael Roberto prior to the event. Then enjoy a facilitated discussion about the articles over beverages and appetizers at happy hour!

Both seasoned and young professionals are welcome.  Registration is required, as space is limited. Please register by Friday, October 23rd to receive a copy of the article. Appetizers are sponsored by A&WMA Upper Midwest Section.

When:              Monday, October 26, 2015 at 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Location:         The Liffey (175 West 7th Street, St. Paul, MN)
Cost:                $5 Members/ $20 Non-Members
