Webinar on A History of Air Permitting in Minnesota: The A&WMA – UMS Education Committee (speaker: Joseph Carlson, MPCA Air Quality Permit Engineer) will be presenting a free webinar on a history of air permitting in Minnesota. This webinar will touch on the formation of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and will discuss some of the early state and federal air quality regulations that have shaped the Minnesota air quality permitting program into the program that exists today. The webinar will be presented online on Thursday, December 5th at 9:00 AM (estimated duration: 30 min.).
